1. Account Registration

To use Ehjzha, customers must register with a valid name and phone number. Account access is required to make or manage bookings.

2. Booking Rules

• Customers may create one booking per hour.
• Each booking request is subject to merchant approval, rejection, or rescheduling.
• If no action is taken by the merchant before the scheduled time, the booking will automatically expire.
• Customers can cancel a booking up to one hour before its scheduled time.

3. No-Show Policy

If a customer fails to attend two or more bookings without canceling, their account may be permanently suspended.

4. Service Disclaimer

Ehjzha acts solely as a booking facilitator. We are not responsible for the outcome of services provided by merchants. However, users are welcome to submit feedback about their experience.

5. Merchant Onboarding

Merchants do not self-register. Interested service providers must contact our team directly for onboarding.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Ehjzha after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
